Mindfulness Techniques

Mindfulness gives kids simple but powerful tools to manage stress, calm their bodies, and focus their attention. In this one-day workshop, children will learn how to use breathing, movement, and awareness exercises to feel more centered and in control.

What they’ll learn:

  • Easy mindfulness practices like mindful breathing and body scans

  • How to notice and manage big emotions without becoming overwhelmed

  • Techniques for calming down and resetting when frustration or worry strikes

  • Ways to build focus and presence in the classroom, at home, and with peers

This workshop blends fun, kid-friendly activities with practical skills that can last a lifetime. Kids leave with a “toolkit” of strategies they can use whenever they need to pause, reset, and move forward with confidence.
