New 2025–2026 Academy Workshops for Kids Ages 8–11

We’re excited to launch our Academy Workshops—standalone enrichment days open to all kids ages 8–11, not just Insight Collective Academy students. These half-day programs are scheduled on Saturdays and days when South Pasadena Unified schools are closed, giving parents a fun, skill-building option for their child when regular classes aren’t in session.

What makes our workshops special:

• Neuropsychologically informed design – every activity strengthens executive functioning, self-regulation, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on, engaging themes – blending movement, collaborative projects, art, STEM, and creative challenges

• Supportive environment – kids are encouraged to explore, take risks, and build confidence in a low-pressure setting

Sample Workshop Themes:

• Brain Builders: Games and activities that boost memory, focus, and flexible thinking

• Creative Problem-Solving: Hands-on challenges that spark innovation and teamwork

• Move & Groove: Physical games and exercises that connect body and brain

• Life Skills Lab: Fun, practical projects that encourage independence and self-advocacy
